Prism Learning Community understands that making the leap to homeschooling can be intimidating. We are here to help. If it is time for your family to make a switch, you do not have to go it alone. We are having the time of our lives, watching our kids learn and grow. We welcome your family to join us.

The Organization of Virginia Homeschoolers (VaHomeschoolers) is an independent, non-profit, member-driven, statewide organization. We are committed to providing homeschooling support to our members, as well as accurate information about homeschooling to Virginia’s families, school divisions, legislators and policymakers, the media, and the community at large.
As new homeschoolers, the families of Prism readily welcomed us into the fold, providing support and encouragement. In the several months we've attended, I have never felt pushed to adopt a certain learning style or philosophy in order to "fit in". And, I know that as my family comes to decide the homeschooling method that best suits us, no matter what that is, our choices will be respected by our friends at Prism.
